This duplex two bedroom flat in Chelsea had been rented out and following the end of the tenancy the client decided to put the property on the sales market. Nest were instructed to dress the property for marketing but with a specific requirement – for the furniture and dressing to be more traditional in style with the use of antique furniture. Since the property has an abundance of original features and a more traditional décor it strongly suited the requested traditional furniture that was used and the end result was a great example of how the property could be lived in. This case study also illustrates how different properties suit different styles of dressing and Nest are able to organise all levels and styles of furniture to specifically suit an individual requirement.
